John Hay Management Corporation Partners with Pixelhub Creative for Website Enhancement Project

Baguio City, Philippines — The John Hay Management Corporation (JHMC) has partnered with Pixelhub Creative for the Procurement of Services for the Enhancement of the JHMC Website, reaffirming the corporation’s commitment to digital transformation and public service innovation.

As the estate manager, regulatory body, and implementing arm of the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) within Camp John Hay, JHMC continues to modernize its operations to better serve stakeholders and the public. To support this goal, the corporation is enhancing its official website — www.jhmc.com.ph, which was last redeveloped in 2019.

Project Overview

The enhancement project aims to redesign and upgrade the JHMC website into a more dynamic, responsive, and engaging online platform that reflects current web design trends and technological advancements. This initiative underscores JHMC’s dedication to providing efficient, transparent, and accessible public service through digital means.

Project Objectives

The enhanced JHMC website will:
  • Provide a reliable, credible, and user-friendly online platform that supports JHMC’s communication, marketing, and public service initiatives.
  • Strengthen digital visibility and engagement through search engine optimization (SEO), social media integration, and improved accessibility.
  • Introduce interactive functionalities such as online booking and reservation systems, live chat support, and enhanced feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with JHMC web policies, Administrative Order No. 39 s. 2013, and government web standards.
  • Deliver a secure, mobile-friendly, and easily maintainable website that aligns with JHMC’s existing ICT infrastructure.

A Continuing Collaboration

This project marks the renewal of JHMC’s partnership with Pixelhub Creative, which previously collaborated with the corporation in 2017 for a full branding initiative. That earlier engagement included website development, brochure design, and an audiovisual presentation created to commemorate JHMC’s 110th anniversary.

At that time, JHMC aimed to position Camp John Hay as both a premier tourist destination and a leading human resource development center. The branding campaign helped establish a cohesive corporate identity that reflected the corporation’s history and commitment to excellence, both locally and internationally.

Through this new partnership, JHMC continues its digital journey—enhancing accessibility, engagement, and transparency while strengthening Camp John Hay’s position as a center for tourism, investment, and sustainable development in Northern Luzon.
